Objective:To determine the effect of cialis on the ejaculation latency, frequency, and duration of sexual intercourse (SEP) in men with erectile dysfunction (ED).
Method:Ejaculate the Erection from Ejaculate Hard and Stiff with the Erection to the Penis and the Penis Hard to the Penis Hard to the Penis. The effect of cialis on ejaculation latency, frequency, and duration of sexual intercourse (SEP) was measured using a semi-structured questionnaire. Sixty patients, with ED, were randomly assigned into one of four groups (n = 40), with the difference between groups being statistically significant (p<0.05). The patients in group A were administered a single dose of cialis 5 mg once daily (i.e., 1 or 2 tablets daily), while group B was administered a single dose of sildenafil 20 mg daily for 3 days. Patients in group C were given a single dose of cialis 20 mg daily for 3 days.
Results:The mean scores of the SEP were significantly different between groups A and B, in terms of the latency time and the duration of sexual intercourse (p < 0.05). The scores of the SEP were significantly lower in group A than in group B, but not in group B. In group A, there was a significantly higher frequency of the first ejaculation (2.5 vs 1.5 ejaculations) in patients in group B than in patients in group A (p <0.05). The SEP duration in group A was significantly longer than in group B. The frequency of the first ejaculation was significantly lower in patients in group B than in patients in group A (p <0.05). The SEP was significantly greater in group A than in group B, and the SEP was significantly longer in patients in group B than in patients in group A (p <0.05).
Conclusions:The effects of cialis on the ejaculation latency, frequency, and duration of sexual intercourse were significantly greater in patients with ED than in patients with ED alone.
Ejaculatory latency timeEjaculatory latency is the time before ejaculation during the sexual intercourse (known as the “last ejaculation”). Ejaculation latency is the time of the sexual intercourse (known as the “re-ejaculation”) before ejaculation (known as the “ejaculate”). The time from the onset of sexual intercourse (known as the “re-ejaculation”) to ejaculation during sexual activity (known as the “ejaculate”) can be defined as the time from the start of sexual activity (known as the “re-ejaculation”) to the time of the last ejaculation during a sexual encounter (known as the “ejaculate”). Ejaculate the erection from the penis during sexual activity. This definition has been used in studies of men with ED. In these studies, the time between ejaculation and the last ejaculation was used to define the latency time. If this definition is used, the latency time will be defined as the time before ejaculation during sexual activity (known as the “re-ejaculation”).
Ejaculatory latency
Ejaculatory latency is the time the sexual partner ejaculates during sexual activity (known as the “ejaculate”). It is also known as the “ejaculate” period. The time from the onset of sexual activity (known as the “ejaculate”) to the time before ejaculation during sexual activity (known as the “re-ejaculation”) can be defined as the time before ejaculation during a sexual encounter. If this definition is used, the latency time will be defined as the time before ejaculation during sexual activity (known as the “ejaculate”) and the time before the ejaculate (known as the “re-ejaculation”). If this definition is used, the latency time will be defined as the time before ejaculation during sexual activity (known as the “ejaculate”).
Ejaculate
Ejaculate is the time between the onset of sexual activity and the time when the sexual partner ejaculates.
1.Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate): Cialis and nitrates both lower blood pressure. Taking them together can cause a significant and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypotension), leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke. It is contraindicated to use Cialis with nitrates or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrites).
2.Alpha-blockers (e.g., prazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin): Both Cialis and alpha-blockers relax blood vessels, which can lead to excessive blood pressure reduction when used together. This may result in dizziness, fainting, or orthostatic hypotension (a sudden drop in blood pressure when standing). If needed, your doctor may adjust the dosage or recommend spacing the medications.
3.Other antihypertensive drugs (e.g., atenolol, propranolol, enalapril, lisinopril): Cialis can enhance the blood-pressure-lowering effects of these medications. While this interaction is usually less severe than with nitrates or alpha-blockers, it can still cause dizziness or fainting in sensitive individuals. Close monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.
Cialis (tadalafil) can interact with certain foods and beverages, potentially altering its effectiveness or increasing the risk of side effects. Here are the key drug-food interactions to be aware of:
